Shipping & Return Policy:

You have 14 days to return your item, you must contact us in less than 5 days after receiving your item.

All items must be in the original condition in which you purchased the item in order to receive your full refund.

If the item is in any way modified, repainted or attempted to have been repaired by you or any other person, you might not be eligible for a refund.

The customer will pay for the return shipping. We will only pay the shipping cost if it is our mistake, example: if we do not send what you order, another color you didn't order or something that does not correspond with the description. 

 

You must contact us before making any return, letting us know what the problem is in order to know if you are eligible for a full refund.

 

You should not send your item without notifying us, as you may not qualify for a refund. We will not be responsible if you return your item without notifying us. In case you do qualify, first, you must notify us. If you have already sent the item without notifying us and did not qualify for a refund, you will have to contact us and pay for the return shipping if you want your item back.
